5 ways to stay healthy

1) Never ignore your illness

You might at times ignore the symptoms of a problem that can cause a major damage in future. Therefore regular health checkup are important. This can detect a problem and you can cure it before it damages the system.

4) Add Exercise in your schedule.
Be it a work out with gyming equipments or Yoga or just morning walks; start with it! Don’t forget to add meditation. This really works! When you are clam inside, you are stronger outside.

5) Be confident
